Jim Pryor - President & CEO

photoJim Pryor is a lifetime resident of the State of Missouri in the United States. He is 57 years old, married, and has two sons, ages 35 and 39. Self employed in the energy business for 30 years, he has acquired vast experience and expertise in nearly every aspect of upstream energy operations. A summary of his career follows.

From 1977-1984 Pryor served as President of Energy Technology Corporation, a Missouri Corporation. The company brought energy related products to consumer markets. The company was sold in anticipation of the formation of Pryor Oil Co., Inc.

In 1984 Pryor founded Pryor Oil Co., Inc, a Missouri corporation, and has served as Chief Executive Officer since that time. The company's primary focus has been on new field discoveries. Since its inception, Pryor Oil has drilled more than 300 wells in four states.  [...read complete bio]


William Abel - Advisory Board

photoFounder and Corporate President of Abel Engineering & Well Control Co., Bill has provided well control services worldwide for firefighting, capping, relief well operations and high risk toxic gas handling projects since 1984. During the First Gulf War, Bill and his team brought 41 Kuwaiti oil well fires under control in 71 days. Over the past twenty years he has been involved in complex well control operations worldwide, including India, Bangaldesh, Indonesia, China, Angola, Nigeria, Congo, Venezuela, Argentina, Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, Norway, Germany and, of course, the United States. He has created well control management systems and written over 150 blowout contingency plans for worldwide operations. Harold Witcher - Advisory Board

As special consultant for major oil companies, Harold traveled throughout Asia, Southeast Asia, Central and South America, Eastern Europe, and the Pacific Rim, acquiring vast expertise in international oil and gas negotiations. In Loving Memory of Coy Squyres
April 3, 1919 - March 10, 2012

photoWhen Coy passed away we lost not only a member of our Advisory Board but a cherished friend. We are keeping his bio on the site in honor of his incredible record of accomplishments and commitment to professionalism.

After serving in the U.S. Navy, Coy Squyres earned his degree in geology in 1950 at the University of Oklahoma. Since then, his accomplishments earned an international reputation as one of the most respected and sought after geologists in the oil and gas industry. In 1996 he was knighted by Equatorial Guinea's President Obiang with Commander of National Order, First Class. In 1997 he was knighted by Cote d'Ivoire's President Kopnana Bedie with the Commander of the Legion of Honor for his role in converting an oil-importing nation into a oil-exporting nation. He continued to serve as an economic advisor to President Obiang until his death. In 2002 he was awarded the Life Time Achievement Award from the Egyptian Minister of Oil at the American Association of Petroleum Geologists conference. Though in his 80's, Coy refused to retire. He worked out regularly at the gym, and was the principal owner and president of Salt Grass Petroleum, Inc. He was involved in drilling oil wells in Texas, developing 700,000 acres for oil in Honduras, 5,000,000 acres in Kazakhstan, 10,000 acres in Nicaragua, and a shale gas project in the United States, among other pursuits.  [...read Coy's complete bio]


Earl Young - Advisory Board

photoEarl Young has served in the role of Advisor, Corporate Officer and Director to companies in the United States and abroad. As President and CEO of Madagascar World Voice (MWV), he is presently assisting World Christian Broadcasting (WCB) with the founding of a shortwave radio station in Mahajunga, Madagascar. MWV when combined with WCB, which has been broadcasting into the former USSR, China and the Pacific Rim for the past 21 years, will broadcast a message of Hope and Freedom to over 2,000,000,000 shortwave listeners throughout the World. As a representative of J-R.Boulle Companies, Mr. Young serves as a Director of Corporate Council on Africa (CCA), a Washington D.C. based organization, with a corporate membership that represents over 80% of all U.S. private sector investment in Africa. CCA is dedicated to enhancing trade and investment between the United States and the 54 nations of Africa. Jeff Pryor - Engineering & Operations Manager

photoJeff Pryor started accompanying his father to oil leases when he was in grade school, and quickly developed a fascination with oil field operations, along with an aptitude for mechanical and engineering concepts. By the time he entered high school, Jeff's ability to identify and correct problems with oil field equipment was superior to most long-time career field workers. Jeff has now joined the company, where his engineering and design talents, together with programs he developed to monitor well performance, maximize well efficiency and production.  [...read more about Jeff]
